Kontynuujemy naszą podróż po Artykule 12, tym razem skupiając się (focusing on) zagraniu piłki ręką (handling the ball). Rzućmy okiem na fragment Laws of the Game znajdujący się na 98 stronie (page 98):

Handling the ball

Handling the ball involves a deliberate act of a player making contact with the ball with the hand or arm. The following must be considered:

The player handled the ball deliberately.	Zawodnik rozmyślnie zagrał piłkę ręką.
and therefore	= and that's why = i dlatego * w TRAINING 2 zaznajomiliśmy się z wyrażeniem and that's why. Wyrażenie and therefore traktujemy synonimicznie do wyrażenia and that's why.
The player handled the ball deliberately and therefore I awarded a direct free kick.	Zawodnik rozmyślnie zagrał piłkę ręką i dlatego podyktowałem rzut wolny bezpośredni.
deliberate = intentional # accidental	rozmyślny / celowy # przypadkowy

• the movement of the hand towards the ball (not the ball towards the hand)

Considering the movement of the hand towards the ball, I awarded a penalty kick.	Biorąc pod uwagę ruch ręki do piłki, podyktowałem rzut karny.
Considering the deliberate movement of the hand towards the ball, I awarded a penalty kick.	Biorąc pod uwagę rozmyślny ruch ręki do piłki, podyktowałem rzut karny.
Considering the accidental movement of the ball towards the hand, I didn't award a penalty kick.	Biorąc pod uwagę przypadkowy ruch piłki do ręki, nie podyktowałem rzutu karny.

• the distance between the opponent and the ball (unexpected ball)

unexpected ball The ball was unexpected. The ball was expected.	piłka nieoczekiwana To była piłka nieoczekiwana. To był piłka oczekiwana.
Considering the distance between the opponent and the ball, I whistled a direct free kick.	Biorąc pod uwagę odległość przeciwnika od piłki, odgwizdałem rzut wolny bezpośredni.
Considering the distance between the opponent and the ball, I didn't whistle a direct free kick.	Biorąc pod uwagę odległość przeciwnika od piłki, nie odgwizdałem rzutu wolnego bezpośredni.

•  the position of the hand does not necessarily mean that there is an infringement

= ułożenie rąk, które samo w sobie niekoniecznie stanowi o przewinieniu.

Considering the position of the hand, I gave a direct free kick.	Biorąc pod uwagę ułożenie ręki, podyktowałem rzut wolny bezpośredni.
Considering the unnatural position of the hands, I gave a direct free kick.	Biorąc pod uwagę nienaturalne ułożenie rąk, podyktowałem rzut wolny bezpośredni.
Considering the natural position of the hands, I didn't give a direct free kick.	Biorąc pod uwagę naturalne ułożenie rąk, nie podyktowałem rzutu wolnego bezpośredniego.

•  touching the ball with an object held in the hand (clothing, shinguard, etc.) is an infringement

The player touched the ball with a shinguard held in his hand.	Zawodnik dotknął piłkę ochraniaczem trzymanym w ręce.
The player touched the ball with a shinguard held in his hand and therefore I awarded a penalty.	Zawodnik dotknął piłkę ochraniaczem trzymanym w ręce i dlatego podyktowałem rzut karny.

•  hitting the ball with a thrown object (boot, shinguard, etc.) is an infringement

The player hit the ball with a thrown boot and therefore I awarded a penalty.

Zawodnik trafił piłkę rzuconym butem i dlatego podyktowałem rzut karny.

The goalkeeper has the same restrictions on handling the ball as any other player outside the penalty area. Inside their penalty area, the goalkeeper cannot be guilty of a handling offence incurring a direct free kick or any related sanction but can be guilty of handling offences that incur an indirect free kick.

Deliberately= celowo VS Accidentally = Przypadkowo.

Wskazówka Kornela:

Pamiętaj, iż używając jakiegokolwiek czasownika po słowach takich jak np. of, at, in, from, for, zawsze musisz dodać końcówkę ING do tego czasownika. A zatem:

The goalkeeper was guilty of handling the ball deliberately.

The player was guilty of committing the offence in a reckless manner.

The player was guilty of using excessive force.
